The team has worked within industries across many sectors, and in consulting within the Big 4 and the major strategy firms.
The team is located in the UK and Switzerland.
Neil Fulkes
Neil is a supply chain and cost transformation specialist with a blend of industry and consulting experience and a strong track record of supporting C-level executives in the leadership of transformational change.
He has extensive international consulting experience with Deloitte and KPMG, leading the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain transformation and cost optimisation programmes, many of which have a technology enablement focus. He has helped many global organisations implement cost effective, agile and responsive supply chains and has deep knowledge of the Consumer Products, Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
He also has a strong industry background from his time at Mondelēz working in operations and supply chain management, and post-merger integration.
Michael Hegarty
Mike is a supply chain, operations, and change management specialist. He brings knowledge, experience, and an artisan's toolbox to his clients problems/goals. Mike establishes solutions that are deployable in their business and has an innate ability to frame complex problems/solutions to all organisational levels, having begun his career on the shop floor and spent 20 years presenting to corporate boards.
Extensive experience with companies like Bentley, VW, JLR, and the UKHSA Test & Trace, he has supported his clients in achieving rapid growth, strategic growth, and bespoke efficiency projects and programmes.
His considered evaluation and personalised execution plans have been most effective in the managed delivery of cost reduction, financial control, governance, investment, and enhanced delivery capabilities to his clients. This has enabled fundamental transformation delivering ongoing return on investment.
Michael Dewey
Mike is an end-to-end supply chain, operations & planning expert. He has been successful throughout his career in delivering breakthroughs in innovation, improved service, cost and inventory. He is a firm believer of delivering the “what is needed” versus the “what is possible” through visionary leadership and building increased capability.
Mike's career has spanned manufacturing, planning and end-to-end supply chain in P&G, Gillette, Coca Cola, Coty, Johnson & Johnson, and Estée Lauder.
Highlights include the creation and operation of an industry leading E2E Planning Centre, centralising planning from across 20 geographic locations; restructuring a global 250 site consumer manufacturing and distribution network and delivering solutions to increase agility and customer synchronisation.
