The client had a complex technology landscape that had evolved over time. This complexity had resulted in silos existing between systems and functions, poor end-to-end visibility and lack of responsiveness.

In today’s complex and volatile supply chain environment the client was not able to predict and respond to operational challenges at the required pace, impacting customer service levels and financial performance.


Supported the client to design and implement a technology platform that provided a single version of the truth for supply chain data and used this data to predict and respond to risks and opportunities in near-real-time.


Worked in partnership with a technology provider to design and implement a solution that would maximise return on investment through the following process steps:

Review and analysis of regions, countries and processes that are most impacted by poor supply chain visibility

Design of a solution to deliver the required agility from a technology, process and organisational perspective

Supported the organisation through the implementation and go-live of the technology and process changes


Delivered improvements across customer service levels (through improved product availability), working capital (through inventory optimisation) and cost (by minimising expedited orders)
